More worrying news has reached ACN from the Christian village of Al-Suqaylabiyah, in Syria.
Armed men from neighbouring Muslim communities attacked the village and fired on civilians.
One priest narrowly avoided being killed.

During a visit to the Holy Land, one year after the attacks, Israeli Christian Arabs described how “the war sparked more separation and discrimination. Palestinians in Galilee used to feel like Israelis, but now they feel like second-class citizens.”
