Looks like the exploit allowed unbacked WMTX to be minted, then dumped on the market like a madman. base:0x3e31966d4f81c72d2a55310a6365a56a4393e98d on Cardano is down, but ethereum:0xdbb5cf12408a3ac17d668037ce289f9ea75439d7 on ETH is down a lot more as we speak.
We got hit today, via a security incident on the @SingularityNET bridge. Minting is stopped and the team has been on it since the first hour with exchanges, market makers and law enforcement. I’ll be going live on Spaces later today when I know more.
In the meantime, have no doubts, have no fear, we will recover and become even stronger.

Your original idea probably isn’t the idea you’ll leave with.
I arrived convinced I knew what Cardano needed. I’ve pivoted, questioned everything and had a pretty big reality check.
But I’m leaving with something better: connections, experience and an even stronger drive to keep building.
Maybe escrow is the answer. Maybe it isn’t. I’ll find out.
What I do know is that Web3 needs products people actually WANT to use, with all the blockchain complexity hidden underneath.
