Are you keeping those nak*d pictures of people you slept with in phone for validation? Are they digital trophies you need to revisit whenever you feel a little insecure. Do they serve as reminders of your “ability” to achieve something?
Are they evidence or proof to challenge your or anyone else’s disbelief in you? Or do you keep them because every once in a while you want to go down memory lane because something is presently missing?
May is Mental Health Month. My 30+ years of research has revealed that Social Workers are the best hoopers and rappers in Mental Health. I’ve not met another discipline that I couldn’t beat on the court or in the booth.

We’re so quick to put out fires while possibly ignoring what and why it’s happening. Not every fire is there to burn you; sometimes it’s happening to keep you warm.
Sending subliminals to and/or about your partner via social media doesn’t get your needs met and causes more problems in your relationship. You’ve also invited others in your relationship to judge and contribute to the disconnect.
I encourage you to explore those feelings, thoughts and fears of being alone. What is it about yourself that scares you the most? What do you feel when you’re not in a relationship, situationship or have phone calls on standby?
It’s dangerous to purposely cut off the end where I condemn this irresponsible behavior for views and likes. I said use a therapist or coach. It’s dangerous to only ignore the fact that I said mistress and manstress, addressing infidelity by either the husband and/or wife.
It’s also unfortunate that people don’t understand the word sustain means “prolong, keep it going, suffer, undergo, give relief, give support, whether healthy or unhealthy.
