spent 6 years without a website for @collective_eth now that its up, we've done no real advertising or marketing for it. but in the last 12 hours alone we've gotten 2 new inner circle applications from people who are EXACTLY our target clientelle. small win. but pretty stoked about it :D

The president's chief of staff team wanted to understand RWA and tokenization. They were introduced to me. So we built a room: 18 people. 5 pro-crypto hotel owners. 4 developers. 3 VCs. 2 angels. 5 founders attacking tokenization from completely different angles. For 6 hours they compared notes, solved each other's problems, and started licensing the tools they were each still missing. We were the last ones in the restaurant. And then came the question I hear at the end of almost every dinner we run: "Where are we going after this?" People don't want the experience to end. That's how you know the guestlist was right. Imagine what happens to this industry when policy catches up to what was discussed at that table.

Back in 2022 there were two companies that handled different parts of "metaverse development" One of them had - all the web2 clients like coca cola, disney, heineken & other titans. - the advertising rails to put these brands into games & other digital spaces. The other had - the absolute BEST team at building in Sandbox, decentraland & other spaces that we were all building in the "metaverse" land rush. The CEO's of both were in @collective_eth from the early early days in 2021. Neither of them were that excited to speak to one another - they viewed one another as competition. Yet, to me? I could see what seemed like an immediately obvious opportunity for them to come together in some sort of partnership. so. I tricked them both into speaking to one another ;) We got them both to book a call at the same time with me & when they got on the call there was an initial "what the fuck" moment. But within minutes, I'd shared the vision of what was possible if they could find a way to come to terms with one another. fast forward a few months later and "Admix" acquired "Land Vault" giving one of our members a massive exit after only 11 months in Business & another one of our members now had the FULL stack for all things building in the metaverse. Fun fact : this combined company was later sold to the saudi's as well for many multiples higher than the combined valuation when they first came together. Good times. It was stuff like this that made what we do at @collective_eth undeniable to me & made me commit to a 10 year minimum of working on it & seeing how far we could take it. Whats the bet that over the next 5 years we will do even bigger things than we did in the first 5? ;)
