The Cosmos Hub is stable and running normally.
The funds secured during the restart came from the Neutron governance attack and were bridged to the Hub; there was no vulnerability on the Hub itself. They are now held in a community validator multisig.
Hub validators, the Neutron ecosystem, and affected protocols are coordinating on recovery.
Neutron will share a post-mortem, and a Hub forum update will follow in the coming days.
Thank you to all validators and community members for the swift, coordinated response in support of another network.
The Cosmos Hub network has been successfully restarted by validators on schedule; block production has resumed, and operations are normal.
The network will continue to be monitored; further updates will follow.

Validators are preparing a network update, expected later today, intended to address the stolen ATOM currently held on the Hub.

An attack was conducted against @astroport_fi on Neutron. Chain was halted to prevent further harm.
The community is leading an investigation into what happened + establish further mitigation. Will share more details once we have full clarity.
