.@SoFi has begun settling its debit and credit card transactions on Mastercard's network in its own dollar stablecoin, SoFiUSD, and is migrating its full card program.
SoFi expects that program to process more than $25B a year.
SoFi offers stablecoin settlement to merchants through its Big Business Banking platform.
CEO @anthonynoto says merchants don't need to hold SoFiUSD or change their payment systems to use it, and can withdraw the funds as cash around the clock.
