The Amish want to live quiet lives according to their religious beliefs, but Mille Lacs County in Minnesota is making that impossible. The county has moved its building-code application online and is refusing to make paper form accommodations. It is also refusing to issue building permits unless the Amish compromise their religious beliefs to meet modern-day building requirements. This is religious discrimination! We’re fighting so that the Amish can live according to their religious beliefs in peace.

We’re fighting so the Ten Commandments monument can stay standing at the Arkansas Capitol! The Ten Commandments have had a significant impact on the development of Western Civilization and are one of the foundations of the American legal system. The court’s ruling that the monument must come down distorts U.S. Supreme Court precedent that says displays like this one that are rooted in America’s history and tradition are Constitutional. Along with the Arkansas Attorney General, we’re appealing and asking the appellate court to reverse the decision and protect this monument.
