How do you flag the one post that matters in 500 captures?
I recorded a 4-minute walkthrough of the three ways I take notes while I work.
Three methods, three jobs. Pick per situation.
✅ Open the case folder. Forensic Notes is already there, timestamped as you type. One notebook per case, downloadable when you are done.

✅ Star the captures that matter, and write why, before you have hundreds of them.
✅ Put Investigator's Observations on the Subject Dossier, against the person, not the page.
I see investigators waste hours trying to find a key capture they failed to document properly when they observed it.
A quick note or 'star' at the time of capture will save you a lot of time later on.

Ctrl+F does nothing on a screenshot.
You remember seeing it on a page you already captured. A username or a phone number, sitting in the image. Then you start scrolling, because Ctrl+F does nothing on a screenshot.
OCR Search reads the text inside your screen captures. That includes words locked in images and inside the generated PDF reports.
I recorded a 2-minute walkthrough.
✅ Make a capture, then watch for the OCR notification
✅ Run a search and scope it to one case
✅ Locate names, numbers and usernames across the captures you already have
It finds the capture that mentions the term.
I see investigators lose more time here than they lose on the page. It is already in the case. They just cannot search it.
