The real Living Wage rates for 2025-26 have been announced today as:
➡️£13.45 across the UK
➡️£14.80 in London
That's a vital pay rise for half a million UK workers to help them keep up with rising costs.
The new rate will be implemented from May 2026.

The new real Living Wage rates for 2025-26 will be announced on the 22nd October.
The independently calculated real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate calculated on the real cost of living across the UK, and in London.
1 in 5 UK workers are stuck in insecure work.
But our Living Hours accreditation is changing that with 16+ guaranteed hours a week, at least 4 weeks' shift notice, and a contract that reflects regular hours worked.
