In my episode with Keith Foskey @YourCalvinist on the differences of Arminianism vs. Provisionism, Leighton Flowers (who blocked me after telling me to “have a good life” because I criticized Provisionism) commented, “If Lucas starts posting lies about Calvinism on Twitter like he did about us then I'm sure his experiences are going to change with Calvinists too.” Idk what it is, but Flowers takes disagreements way too personal and lashes out the moment you offer a critique. As I told Keith, Calvinists have been much friendlier in my experience, even when we disagree. My experiences with Provisionists, however, have been consistent with how Flowers behaves—and he proved my point immediately afterward! I still believe that a debate with Flowers and myself on Prevenient Grace would be something worth wild to help others show the key differences between the two, so they can compare and seek to understand what the Bible actually says on this matter. My offer still stands if Flowers can agree to disagree, but he must do so respectfully and Christianly.
