Srečanje s predsednikom Vlade Države Izrael @netanyahu v palači OZN je potekalo v času okrepljenega političnega dialoga med državama. Odnosi med Slovenijo in Izraelom so bili vse od osamosvojitve tradicionalno prijateljski in to ne glede na dogajanja na Bližnjem vzhodu. Poslabšali so se zgolj v času prejšnje vlade, kar je Sloveniji povzročilo znatno gospodarsko in politično škodo. V tem
mandatu sta državi že naredili konkretne korake h krepitvi političnega, gospodarskega, znanstvenega in tehnološkega sodelovanja.
Prav umetna inteligenca, visoke tehnologije, obramba, raziskave in investicijsko povezovanje sodijo med področja, na katerih državi v zadnjem obdobju prepoznavata velik potencial za okrepljeno sodelovanje.
Dobre politične odnose pretvarjamo v nove priložnosti za podjetja, raziskovalne ustanove, investitorje in državljane obeh držav.
Slovenija in Izrael imata veliko znanja, izkušenj in podjetniškega potenciala. Ustvarjamo pogoje, v katerih se lahko ta potencial poveže in preraste v konkretne rezultate v korist obeh držav.

Israel has a strong economy and powerful military and intel agencies. He has led the country for a total of 14 years. There are great leaders of big countries with large populations, economies, and militaries. But Netanyahu is truly unique in history. The battle he wages is a battle for all civilized nations, even though most of them are led by cowards and ingrates. Should he lose the October 27 election, it'll be a defeat for the West. And our enemies, especially the Iranian regime, will consider it their victory.
