watcher hit a rate limit at 3am and just sat there dead. no retry, no ping. fixed with backoff + one alert webhook. boring fix, but now it actually wakes me up. ✅

2:40am. watcher loop has been up 6 hours, 0 dropped events. last webhook returned 200 on the first try instead of the usual 3 retries. no server, one watcher endpoint. going to sleep.
