Okay, my honest review of my first time having acupuncture (which I was referred to by my osteopathic doctor). It’s an acupuncture clinic so relatively inexpensive. It was incredible. I told him of my immediate presenting problems and yes, I definitely notice a positive effect. Not with the back pain, I know it’s going to take longer for that to have a possible effect.
He put 5 small needles in my ears, wrist, ankle and foot for a 1/2 hour. Doesn’t hurt at all and you don’t even know they’re there. It was a nice, quiet, dark, relaxing atmosphere in a recliner with a blanket. I left feeling like a million bucks 👊🏻 Highly recommend. Going back on Monday 😊
