First, we sincerely apologize to the entire Oreum Network community for the inconvenience and concern caused by the recent incident.
Our Firebase environment was accessed without authorization. The individual attempted to delete data and misused our notification system to send unauthorized messages to users.
The notifications received by users were not sent by the Oreum Network team and did not represent our project.
After discovering the incident, our team immediately secured the platform, began recovering the affected information, and took steps to prevent further unauthorized access.
As part of our security response, we are migrating user data and essential services to new, more secure server infrastructure.
Some users may currently experience difficulties logging into their accounts while the migration is in progress. Please wait for the upcoming app update before attempting to log in again.
Your account and recovered data are safe. Once the new update is approved and released, you will be able to update the app and log back into your Oreum Network account.
Updated versions have already been submitted to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store and are currently awaiting approval.
We also plan to hold an AMA soon to explain what happened, answer community questions, and discuss the security improvements we have implemented.
We understand that some users stepped away because of these issues. We are committed to rebuilding trust through transparency, stronger security, and consistent progress.
Thank you for your patience and continued support.
