5 days later, my Genesis Rare Friend @RareFriendsNFT has earned me $150 in ETH and ~16K $rarefriends only $10K has been distributed to holders so far, while ~$261K is still sitting in the contract. which means if crypto/activity keeps growing so are the rewards and this is important: only 50 Genesis are currently listed 1024 total - 471 activated - 393 redeemed for tokens - 57 held by @poopie = just 103 Genesis remaining. so almost half of the remaining Genesis supply is currently available to buy i guess it’s gonna get spicy soon 👀

The enormous attention around Rare Friends has inevitably attracted some of the most talented botters. We wanted to make sure people who qualified for the WL had enough time to mint without over allocating. To this day, we have not added new people to this whitelist to be fair and transparent. There is a tough decision we need to make but one that is the best for all Rare Friends. The remaining 48 FCFS whitelist mints will not go to public. This 48 Genesis supply will be converted into tokens which will then be burned into Generations. The result will be Gen-1 Rare Friends for activations. This ensures that the $RAREFRIENDS token and Genesis NFT markets remain insulated and deflationary. If we let this mint go public it will immediately be botted within the same block. There is no chance a normal participant would actually get any one of the 48 remaining mints. We have witnessed these botters firsthand in the moments after the auction claim with zero intention to activate/play Rare Friends. That's fine. Game is game. We sincerely apologize and by no means were we trying to dangle a carrot in front of WL participants for days. Rare Friends is for everyone, without exceptions. We are airdropping whitelist participants Gen-5 Rare Friends. Activate or promote it to higher generations on our website.
