This is bigger than Windows support.
The entire stack that talks to your iPhone here is Swift, running on Windows as single static executables. The SDK for this is still experimental, so we hit bugs nobody had hit before, root-caused them and sent fixes upstream to Swift, Foundation and SwiftNIO along the way.
The core of it is open source, links below.
