I’ve received my refund from @zec_bit . I hope everyone who went through a similar situation can get in touch with the team and have their cases resolved soon. From what I’ve seen, @ziv, @realrarerat, and @0xhumblefelix are currently helping handle these issues. In my case, it took quite a while and there was definitely a lot of back and forth, but I’m glad the issue was eventually resolved. Hopefully, the team can improve the process going forward and continue building something solid on ZEC. Good luck to the team and everyone involved.🛡️

ZECBIT refunded me today. My case is resolved. ✅ The team explained that Zcash’s privacy features made failed transactions harder to trace, which delayed the refund. I was frustrated by the wait, but they reviewed my case and followed through. And honestly, ZECBIT’s art is incredible. It feels like a natural fit for ZEC. This was where I first entered the ZEC NFT space, and I still believe it can grow. This issue has been resolved as of now!! @z1vex DM-d me and we went through the txs. It seems @zec_bit are a legit team with just a huge backlog from the event. If you have been affected comment your issue under this post, @z1vex said the resolution can be accelerated this way.

Yes, I minted @zec_bit in FCFS. I also lost a bit of $ZEC trying to snipe secondary. They promised refunds & drew fud because it hadn't been done. This is a small team. But a team who has now made it right and reimbursed me. As they have been doing for the past 2 days for a lot of their users. I hope this earns them the trust they deserve – from what I've seen, @z1vex is one of the very few on Zcash who are actually respecting the chain and building & not just extracting. Building not only an NFT marketplace, but in ZSA, an infrastructure that can be used for so much more. Much credit to @realrarerat & @0xhumblefelix – every one of their posts is filled with people crying 'scam'. They (along with Ziv) handle it with grace. And they also have to deal with scepticism about collectibles on Zcash, not only from people unfamiliar with the chain, but also OGs from the chain, who don't think NFTs belong on the privacy chain. I'm here for the ride, I still hold ZecBit and I am using the marketplace everyday to browse for @BITFOOTS_ too. I have much more (noob – I'm not all that smart) words to say on the issue of Zcash/NFTs, but for now, I'm voicing my support for ZecBit and the team.
