Room 1 This is the bigger of the 2 main rooms and will host our 3 screen presses, large folding and packaging area, conveyor dryer and racks on racks of shirts Off this room is one bathroom (totally unfinished) and a large closet that will become a small office (also totally unfinished). Floors are ground and sanded, need leveling compound for chipped spots and then it will get painted, trim is painted and ready to go up. Walls fully rolled but still need edging. The white paint looks so much nicer than the puke yellow that was poorly covering Mexican Restaurant walls of teal and lavender. Had to demo a bar and lots of junky built in shelving. About 40 ceiling tiles across the building will be replaced as will all the current lighting which will be swapped to LED. Curtains going up on those big back windows to help with the heat and some tinting film on the front ones. Finally got way up in the ceiling and found some massive red iron beams and that the air handler is actually in really good shape thankfully. Front door needed some tlc, office some mildew spray and enet/20A/30A/50A drops gona be annoying but other than that this room will be ready for equipment in 2 weeks which is bare min we need to move operations in
