Here's a big question for you all: would it be better to release the digital edition early, which means players could give feedback and I can fine-tune things a little more, or should I stick to closed play tests until satisfied and release the book and digital edition together?

80s cyberpunk is like "gaaaah crime is bad and robots are scary and asians are weird" 90s cyberpunk was really like "we do not give a shit about yr robots, we wanna get high on computers with sluts with dyed hair and dismantle the police state and have microchips that cure AIDS"

90s cyberpunk is better than 80s cyberpunk because 90s cyberpunk has nightclubs. you could argue that the one advantage 80s cyberpunk has over 90s cyberpunk is 80s cyberpunk didn't have so many white people with dreads, buuut we do have to remember cyberpunk is about dystopia so,
