The data tells a different story, Senator. Calling these fees "undisclosed” or “deceptive” is untrue and a disservice to the merchants that reach more customers through digital platforms, the drivers who earn on their own terms, and the consumers who rely on them. It also ignores the basic facts of what these fees actually fund, and how clearly they're disclosed before you ever hit "order".
