Envision is now Select.
For 4+ years we built as Envision. We set out to change how creators licensed their work. The landscape changed, so we adapted, and we ended up powering AI tools that hundreds of communities used to create together, hundreds of thousands of images and videos between them.
Over those years, it became increasingly obvious that much of web3 is built for short-term extraction. The mechanics are set up so a small group wins early, at the expense of the communities that actually show up. Attention rotates, liquidity leaves, and the people who believed in something are left with the least.
Everything we've been building is designed to reward the people who support a project for the long term, and to put them first instead of the few who cash out early and disappear. Value should flow back to the people who participate, not the ones who take and leave.
That is the whole idea, and it had outgrown the old name. So this is Select. One brand, one purpose, built so the people who stay are the ones who win.
We're not going to pretend we have it all figured out, but we'll keep building until we do. Over the coming weeks we'll show you what we've spent the last 12 months building.
This is Select.
