The client keeps unilateral control of their assets while alive. The solicitor and WYTYC are both required to begin a recovery - neither can do it alone. A mandatory cooldown gives the client a veto window to cancel. Recovery rotates control to the heir - it never becomes a way to drain the wallet. Our answer started with #Bitcoin (prototyped) and now we've built the Ethereum version of our digital-asset inheritance design (prototype). A client controls their own crypto while alive. Only their solicitor and WYTYC, together and after a waiting period, can pass it to the heir - and the client can cancel at any point in that window. Built from audited @SafeLabs_ + @zodiaceco primitives and tested against the real contracts. Prototype, not yet deployed publicly.

Switched to creating two MVPs to offer a choice. For Bitcoin (ETH and SOL later): In a nutshell... First: Simple inheritance 1 of 2 keys. Our value is the orchestration around the descriptor and the solicitor portal. Second: Complete 2 of 3 keys with orchestration and the descriptor changes to Liana's Expanding Multisig template, which adds WYTYC as a third co-signer. The shape is 2-of-3 after the inactivity timelock has elapsed, with normal customer spending unchanged before that point. #fintech #crpytoinheritance #LegalTech
