Easiest way to miss bugs in an audit? - Slow fixes. If you fix a week after findings land, the auditors have already lost context and moved on to a new audit. That's how fixes introduce new bugs. We took that seriously. - Our avg fix-review turnaround went from 9 to 3 days.
