#MSTR: I am slowly building one of the largest retail positions while there is a lot of fear that this company will file for bankruptcy. I expect the Bitcoin cycle bottom to be formed over the coming months in the 40-50k region, which is only 10-20% away from here, and I expect MSTR prices to start rising right after.
What the clowns who keep doom calling MSTR don’t tell you, perhaps because their IQ doesn’t allow them to understand it, is that the cash reserves this company has allow it to survive more than 24 months underwater without facing bankruptcy risk. MicroStrategy will only face bankruptcy risk if Bitcoin stays below 70k during the next two years in a row and that will simply not happen. Bitcoin is the single greatest store of value ever created in the history of human kind. A company who bets in favor of that will NEVER fill for bankruptcy unless it’s mismanaged.
The $50-100 level is a clear buy region to me, and I am accumulating as much as possible within this range after selling at $400 last year. While the short term will be choppy due to the amount of nonsense fear around this stock, once this fear is gone, a heavy rally will start and will once again leave every doubter sidelined from the opportunity. I placed orders at $100 and $90 that already got filled, and therefore I placed more orders at $80, $70, $60, and $50 that I hope get filled. It’s worth mentioning that, as price goes lower, the size of my orders gets increasingly bigger to lower my average entry price.
Understand that the current nonsense fear is actually extremely bullish for MicroStrategy. There are a lot of individuals and large companies who bought MSTR one year ago at much higher prices and are now selling at a loss. This is called capitulation, and capitulation precedes financial opportunity. All those who can put emotions aside can easily reason that MicroStrategy is an undervalued company when you look at it long term. All those who cannot put their emotions aside, or have few brain cells, think this company will go bankrupt in the near future. It’s only a matter of time until the doom callers are proved wrong!

就在刚才，美股在盘中再次迎来回调+反弹的动作，标普500指数成功补缺，
按照常规惯例的走势，下周就是迎来几天震荡然后就要突破走出趋势了。
正如我前边所说，我准备做多 #NVDA #CRCL ，刚才趁着回调补缺之后看到小时级别反弹已经进程，并且多增加了一个 #MSTR
分享一下个人思路与逻辑
1，大环境上，美股几十年来大多数走出了圣诞季行情，即圣诞节后走出一个阶段性的趋势反弹，同时由于今年圣诞节前整个风险市场走了一波相对合理的回调，所以这更加深了我对节后行情的判断。
2，个股选择上，
NVDA 人工智能龙头，全球第一市值上市公司，之前因为估值过高引发市场担忧，此次跟随大行情回调之后，合理的杀完估值，所以我认为合适做多。
其次，英伟达二三季度财报不错，并且在三季度财报预期中，并未包含中国市场，显然英伟达在认为没有中国市场的前提下依旧可以保证较好的业绩增长，而目前美国政府已经放松了对英伟达芯片向中国出口的限制，意味着后续起码未来三到四个季度，英伟达财报不会差。这是买入理由二，
CRCL 稳定币龙头，也是唯一稳定币上市公司，由于目前上市之后，其企业盈利以及未来发展路径不明引发市场质疑，从刚上市的FOMO 转为FUD ，伴随着大盘下跌而顺势下跌，释放不少抛压。
虽然公司未来路径不够明确，且前段时间传言创建自己的贵金属交易所，虽然随后辟谣，但是对于股价的打击不大，目前大概率属于被低估的阶段，所以我选择买入做多。
MSTR，逻辑上就是 #Bitcoin ，因为我看好 BTC 逐渐走出趋势迎来新的上涨行情，所以没有理由不做多MSTR，且该公司前段时间应为BTC大盘下跌导致抛压加剧以及市场质疑，目前个人认为属于超卖阶段。
不过，MSTR有个坑需要排雷，那就是全球三大指数的MSCI 已经对市场发出问询，准备提出资产中超50%加密资产的美股上市企业，其中MSTR资产远超50%，如果MSCI确定剔除，可能会对股价带来短期负面影响。
目前MSCI的市场问询是在1月15日公布，并且公布结果，距离现在还有2周不到的时间，所以这是一个隐藏的坑，如果MSCI 选择提出MSTR，股价可能会短期承压。
3，个人风险控制
目前建仓了三只美股，采用了5倍杠杆，不低也不高，目前并未100%完成建仓，预留了一点补仓，但是最终每个个股我都会设置一个“风险线”
NVDA 保证160以下才会触发强平，CRCL 则是保证60亿下强平，而MTSR则准备在125附近设置止损，如果跌到100重新跌回，MSTR主要是担心这个坑会导致股价出现大幅度下跌，所以设置一个止损。
4，因为某些众所周知的原因，这些操作并未通过传统的美股账户操作，所以直接用了 @MSX_CN 进行杠杆做多，其使用习惯与加密交易所基本一致，用起来更加习惯。
5，未来止盈的目标，其实与我的 BTC 多单一样，如果期间没有较大较为明显的利空情况，准备等待一次新高之后再考虑止盈。个人能力有限，不擅长频繁波段交易，只能以时间去换点空间，请勿见笑！ @BTCBruce1
