Islands with paid random items became unavailable in some regions after PEGI and IARC updated their rating criteria. A fix to immediately re-enable these islands is rolling out now, and they should be playable again within the hour.
We’re updating Fortnite to support this paid random items change and working with PEGI and IARC on timing to roll out their new criteria. In the meantime, they will temporarily update these islands to a 12 rating over the next few days.
