Most gaming NFTs give you something to own.
@PlayOnMint is trying to give that ownership a reason to matter.
The latest campaign shows how its ecosystem is connecting activity, XP, reputation and NFT utility.
Through Nucleus, PlayOnMint is offering $50,000 in
$MNTD to the Top 300 contributors, while 1,170 MintABear freemint spots are allocated through the Reputation leaderboard.
But the more interesting layer is MintABear.
The collection has 4,444 NFTs, and the Bear is designed to connect with the broader MINT ecosystem through progression, raffle entries and other utility.
So the loop becomes:
Play → XP → Status → MintABear → utility
That is different from the typical NFT model:
Mint → hold → display.
Here, the NFT can become part of the user's progression rather than simply being the endpoint.
And with the current campaign actively rewarding both contribution and reputation, participation itself becomes part of the ecosystem.
Can PlayOnMint turn NFT ownership into a progression system rather than just another collectible?
