The way I've been thinking about web3 gaming is that the ambition to build the next "great game but on-chain" was a red herring mainly because we all collaboratively actually built the next great game and it is on-chain and that game is trading. NFT minting was a game, farming pool2s was a game, hyperliquid is a game, the space we've created is a heavily incentivized financial game where the goal is to out trade and out last. What we're doing with NET is making it more explicit. The future of RWA ownership will be hypergamified. The next generation will likely earn + lose + gamble the next epic games equity for playing whatever the next fortnite is. Asset Ownership will never go away, the means in which ownership occurs will be drastically different than it is today, and I believe that NetNet will drive and own that vertical.
