March 2008: the Fed put up $29 billion to pull Bear Stearns' worst assets off the books so Dimon could buy what was left.
October 2008: $25 billion of TARP money into JPMorgan.
Dimon sat on the New York Fed's board through all of it. Class A director since January 2007.
Here is how Dimon paid us back.

Welcome to the 2026 bull market.
Back in July/August we went to California and placed some solana:7voKerVHPvbXde3bEpyNcdodVEufq17tW6eZLUUkpump stickers in San Francisco and Santa Cruz. 6 weeks later I found some free time to add this to the Y2K nostalgia map on unit2000.xyz.
I whish we had more quality time to travel. The reality looks different. Trapped in the Matrix and doing the 9-5 like almost everyone here.
Fact is, that this cycle will hit different and this might be our last chance to make it before AI completely takes over trading.
The good thing is I don't trade. I hold and DCA my tokenized nostalgia. It will come to a point when established communities will outperform the rest of the industry. #Y2K has a good chance to reach new highs this cycle. I am long nostalgia.
