Investors run from anything novel unless the path is already paved. And too many clinicians have been trained to worship protocol over outcomes, caution over curiosity, and career safety over actual patient survival That’s the real scandal. Not that people are trying something new. It’s that so many are still defending a system that fails over and over, then acts offended when patients and families refuse to die obediently
