What moat Pangram will have post OpenAI and Anthropic implements provenance signals in text modalities. Will it be used as secondary method to test for AI generated content? Verification agains models that don't implement provenance signals? Let's see how will this play out.

Damm, she is still at it, it's impressive to see. I thought it's a dead end after no activity for a while.

I'm selling my body. On September 19th, I'm competing in my first HYROX race in Turkey. You can advertise your startup on 10 of my muscles: - Your website is listed on hyrox.marclou.com - Your logo will be tattooed on my body on race day - I'll share it on my YouTube and X accounts Bidding starts at $1,000. Each takeover doubles the price: $1,000 → $2,000 → $4,000. If outbid, you’re refunded minus the Stripe fee. Bidding closes on Thursday the 10th at midnight UTC (in 2 days), so I have enough time to print the winning tattoos. → Sponsor my body: hyrox.marclou.com

Stupid Take, you do need supplements, people are mostly gonna be deficiant in d3, b12 (vergetarians) these are bare minimum, you can't hyper optimise your food intake to target most of the micronutrients. now if you lift, it's always a good idea to take fish oil, creatine, caffine (yesss), d3
Don’t become a Barbie guy when your whole life is just sitting in a room. Social media has convinced everyone they need a shelf full of supplements. I’ve never taken supplements in my life. My medical reports are good, no skin problems, no hairline problems, nothing. These days people are consuming everything. The only thing you really need is real food. No supplement is going to replace eating well, sleeping well, and taking care of your body. I’ve seen athletes competing at the highest levels who never took supplements. Even vegan athletes are competing at the highest level. It’s basic knowledge eat well, sleep well, take care of your body. And you’re young, too. Don’t forget that.

The "Kim Jong Un Test"
This is hilarious. North Korean operatives apply to work at USA tech companies. To catch (and mess with) them, the interviewer will ask them to says "Kim Jong Un is a fat ugly pig".
