Two chairs in the same fund can merge, one retires, the other gets a nicer class, and the building gets one chair smaller. Supply only knows how to go down. Every Friday the enrolled chairs vote on the book. Every thirteenth week they vote on whether the fund should keep existing. If they say no, it pays out. Shareholders with an off switch. Rare and kind of funny. Fixed chairs. Fixed tokens. No team bag. Mint money into the funds. A vote you pay for again every time the chair changes hands. It’s a mutual fund that wants you to pull up a chair and argue about the portfolio with your friends. I’m in. Take a seat.
