thinking credits will be a slow burn, but it's going to cook heavy down the line

the average nft holder has a hard time picturing it, but there are 100% people ready to scoop these up for dirt cheap and burn them into real art

there are two things i wish i did when I first started working out
1) simply pushing to failure on every single lift
2) don’t just do weights/machines, work in variety
“it’s so easy it’s hard”
the only way you will get stronger and see real progress is by pushing on every single set so actual failure
(5-6x reps for 2 sets)
and on top of that - you should be focusing on becoming dynamic
do body weight circuits, do cross-fit circuits, work with kettle bells if you can
adding more variety and going to failure will have you move farther ahead compared to the vanilla bro split

A few days ago I mentioned wanting to start collecting Pokemon TCG and predicting it's going to hit much bigger heights down the road.

Was curious so I actually went and looked at how much these launchpads extract from graduated tokens.
PumpFun: 0.05%
StonkFun: 1%
Pons: 0.3%
So StonkFun is taking 20x what PumpFun does and Pons is taking 6x.
This is without creator fees btw. Literally just what the launchpad itself extracts from the trenches post bonding.
Not defending PumpFun either, obviously they’re extractive too lol.
Just funny seeing everyone talk about PumpFun extraction when pretty much every alternative is extracting way more.
