3/3 on 5/24/21 should be documented in @ConEdison Records which PUBLIC UTILITY records should be available to the public. But, alas, @NYSDPS claims they did a “diligent search” & NO SUCH RECORDS EXIST even though @FDNY @NYC_Buildings, Bldng Management & TA records show otherwise
