STRONG SIGNAL 🤖 Tesla is seeking an Optimus Fleet Coordinator, and it’s a much bigger signal than it looks 🔥 This role owns the end-to-end operations and maintenance of the Optimus fleet across multiple sites. The coordinator will track utilization, downtime, and inventory, get the right bots to the right places at the right time, and streamline processes to maximize uptime. Put simply, Optimus is being managed a lot like a Robotaxi network, which shows where the program is headed at scale. Once Tesla starts selling Optimus to businesses and eventually the public, fleets of robots will need to be dispatched, monitored, and maintained the exact same way. Tesla is building that operational playbook now, long before Optimus ever shows up in our homes and workplaces.
