Congratulations to Pablo Cruz, a first-year pharmacy student who participated in the 2026 Cali ParaAthletics Grand Prix, representing Puerto Rico on September 17th. He received a silver medal in the javelin throw and a bronze medal in the discus throw.

LECOM was recently a sponsor of the Buffalo Sabres Foundation Golf Tournament, which raises money for local organizations and brings together fans, Sabres players, broadcasters, and others for an 18-hole scramble with lunch, prizes, and an auction.

In gratitude and appreciation for first responders everywhere, the local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) brought some treats to local agencies on Friday, September 11. The DAR paid tribute to local heroes, including the LECOM Erie Police Department.

LECOM Bradenton Dental Medicine students recently went to a nearby homeless shelter and performed 36 dental screenings, provided fluoride applications, and gave oral hygiene instructions. Service is at the heart of who we are at LECOM, and we’re so proud of our students.
