When did asking questions about Islam become something a Christian police officer could be punished for? Luke Salmons was suspended for it. He asked questions in a DEI session he had been told was open. North Yorkshire Police called it gross misconduct and barred him. The case settled in June 2026 for an undisclosed amount. The finding was overturned. He can apply again. He never got an apology. Britain has a Christian heritage and a long tradition of free speech, conscience and open debate. That has been under attack for years. No Christian should be punished for asking questions in his own country.

These thugs can piss off. I am absolutely sick of aggressive and domineering Muslims believing that can bend the country to their will. It’s happened for decades, with no MP willing to stand up to them. Now that’s changed, they don’t like it and want me out of parliament and in prison - they can get in the queue. Restore Britain has been very clear that we will reverse the islamification of our country, and I have never been more confident that it’s the morally right thing to do. I am not going anywhere.

Axel Rudakubana appeared in court today charged with attacking prison staff at Belmarsh including throwing boiling water mixed with sugar (“prison napalm”) through his cell hatch at an officer. This is the same man who murdered three little girls Elsie, Bebe and Alice at a Taylor Swift dance class. He stabbed children. He is now 20, already serving 52 years to life, and still attacking people from pridon. In my view this monster deserves the death penalty. Life in a psychiatric hospital or a prison cell is not justice for what he did. We need to bring capital punishment back for the very worst cases. Some people forfeit the right to keep breathing.

Spare a thought for Prince William today. While money grapping Earl Spencer’s new book about Princess Diana sets off another public fight over her terrible death in 1997. William is the one who actually lived it as a 15-year-old boy and is the only one who has remained dignified and respectful throughout. He has called the walk behind his mother's coffin one of the hardest things he has ever done. He did not ask for it to be turned into extracts, headlines and a war of words all over again. He has spent years trying to protect her memory quietly, raise his own children, and not let that week define every day of his life. Other people can publish, serialise and take sides and greedily cash in. He still has to carry it. Spare a thought for him amid all this controversy. Some of us can close the articles and all the books that have been written. He never can.
