I hate how people act like catching a ball automatically means you owe it to some kid. We were all kids once and some of us never got the chance to go to games or catch anything. If I choose to give it to a kid, thatβs because I genuinely want to make them happy not because I was guilt tripped into it. If I caught it, I should be allowed to keep it without being made to feel like an asshole.
