If you have a problem with a visa program, criticize the visa program.
Criticize the immigration laws that OUR Congress created and the politicians who wrote them.
Don’t shift the blame onto a specific ethnicity because you dislike the laws our OWN lawmakers enacted. That’s the simplest distinction in the world.
If you genuinely believe H-1B is bad, then argue to scrap the program. Change the law.
But stop attacking an immigrant worker who simply followed the rules and certainly stop singling out an entire ethnicity( most of who are your fellow Americans) for the failures of American immigration policy.
Your problem is with the law? Take it up with your politicians who wrote the law.

The H1-B system is not a free market in labor. It is a government-managed program conducted for the benefit of employers, and nominally for the national interest.
An executive order that modifies the program might or might serve the national interest, but it isn't "big govt."

This is an important point. This is the first administration in my entire lifetime that has been responsive to things from regular people.
That you can point out a clear case of visa fraud and that dude is on the first thing smoking back to India is a huge red pill.
I hope you realize this is what the left has been doing for 50+ years. They use private orgs to spotlight targets for fellow travelers in the bureaucracy to come down on/extract resolutions favorable to them they couldn't get legislatively.
