It was a busy and productive week in New York for the @AtlanticCouncil Turkey Program. Over three days, we hosted four events bringing together senior government officials, as well as private sector leaders from across the region. Here’s a look back at the week👇

The @AtlanticCouncil’s @AC_TRprogram, @ACGlobalEnergy, and @ACClimateCenter were on the ground in İstanbul to discuss the leadup to COP31, with the @turkiyecop31 Presidency and the Climate High Champions. A variety of stakeholders convened in the private, high-level gathering to discuss priorities in the full-day event ahead of the climate conference that will be held in Antalya, Türkiye this November.

The Black Sea is becoming harder to separate from the wider Russia-Ukraine war, with direct implications for Turkey.
