AFP activists are making their voices heard! Across Virginia, activists are writing postcards to Governor Spanberger encouraging her to reform the VCEA and withdraw Virginia from RGGI to help bring down energy costs. William from Williamsburg put it simply: “Affordability includes affordable energy.” Virginians deserve an energy policy that puts reliable, affordable energy first.

Saturday was about more than just game day—it was about grassroots action. At our Grassroots and Game Day event, volunteers made phone calls in support of the SPEED Act and PERMIT Act, commonsense reforms that would remove unnecessary barriers and help important projects move forward. We also signed postcards urging the administration to take action to reform the Virginia Clean Economy Act and address the rising energy costs affecting families across the Commonwealth.
