The remarks I gave at the @AFempowers Gala this May seem rather relevant today “We are in a moment consumed by a new and very different kind of radicalism. Young people on the right and left are turning to rising ideologies rooted in the power politics of the past. What we here tonight understand, what most Americans understand in their bones, is that power is not the answer. The better answer is found in the radicalism of the American Revolution, the American experiment we live every day. We are the heirs to the greatest revolution in the history of mankind, and we have a duty to live up to that hope.”
