Its not just the unconstitutional ATF. State AGs use "safety" laws to get around 2A which then require years of litigation to sort out.

Suppressors should be legal nationwide. They are not completely silent like Hollyweirdo depicted them, but do reduce noise and protect hearings. And banning suppressors certainly didn’t stop Chicago’s street shootings.
