this is nuts: Vercel COO Jeanne Grosser just explained what their GTM org looks like after actually putting agents to work. • 91% of support gets resolved by an agent • ALL inbound qualification is handled by an agent • a lot of outbound is agent-run • RevOps questions can go straight to their data science agent and the humans moved up the stack. support now spends more time finding real product problems + writing PRs. BDRs spend more time on complex enterprise prospecting + testing new plays. sales reps are carrying more revenue per head. so if you're building a GTM team right now, stop asking: “where can AI save us 20%?” start asking: “what work can agents completely absorb so our best people can move up a level?” this 3-minute clip is probably one of the clearest looks at where GTM orgs are heading.

you can now give Claude Code an ICP and have it build the lead list for you... without opening Clay. this is the workflow I use and how you can too: 1. install Treg in Claude Code /plugin marketplace add superdesigndev/treg /plugin install treg@treg 2. give it your ICP 3. have it: • find matching companies • find 2-3 decision makers at each • waterfall their work emails • verify the emails • enrich the accounts • score every lead • save the final list to CSV then paste this: “Build me a list of 100 [ICP] companies in [market]. For each company: • find the 2 most relevant decision makers for [problem] • find + verify their work emails • include title, company, domain and LinkedIn • score each lead 1-100 for ICP fit • explain the score in one sentence • exclude anyone without a verified work email • do not invent missing data Rank the final list by fit and export it as a CSV.” that’s an entire prospecting workflow inside Claude Code. wild.

David Politis says ONE great GTM engineer can have the impact of ~20 RevOps / marketing ops people. $100k–$120k salary. And in a week, they’re building things companies have been stuck on for months: • micro-segmentation • data pipelines • custom sales decks • enrichment • internal GTM tooling • workflows CRM can’t do out of the box He called it the highest-ROI role he’s seen in his career from a demand + growth perspective. Matt Amundson agreed: the pace is basically “light speed” compared to how GTM teams used to operate. this role is going to be everywhere.

Alex Hormozi has one of the simplest frameworks for figuring out why an offer isn’t selling: Value = (Dream Outcome × Perceived Likelihood) / (Time Delay × Effort) before rewriting your landing page or buying more ads, check these 4 things: 1. DREAM OUTCOME what does the customer actually want? “8 weeks of sales coaching” is the product. “book 15 qualified sales calls” is the outcome. simple, sell the second one. 2. PERCEIVED LIKELIHOOD how sure are they that YOU can get them there? increase it with: • case studies • specific proof • guarantees • demonstrations • a clear process 3. TIME DELAY how long until they get something they care about? find a way to give them a win earlier. day 1 > week 4. 4. EFFORT how annoying is your product to actually use? remove: • setup • learning curves • unnecessary steps • manual work • decisions they shouldn’t have to make if an offer is struggling, I’d audit these 4 variables before touching the copy. a stronger offer makes every channel downstream way easier.

ElevenLabs took webinar pipeline from ~$100K to $8M+ in H1. Luke Harries breaks down the exact system behind it: • turn what already works into a repeatable process • template every step • automate the bottlenecks • map who gets invited, how they show up, the content, and follow-up • set goals big enough that the old process can’t get you there watch these 3 minutes very closely
