The GOP has learned absofuckinglutely NOTHING from their midterm ass beating. If anything, they seem to have doubled down on Israel first. It's truly unbelieveable.

This week is why I'm tired of hearing about Tucker Carlson. Three people got spectacularly wealthy by their proximity to Trump - Susie Wiles, James Blair, and Chris LaCivita. It was their job to win the midterms. They failed catastrophically. Yet my timeline is full of Tucker this, Nick Fuentes that. Was it Tucker who sold MAHA out to Bayer and gas station heroin companies? Was it Fuentes who said that mass deportations were unpopular, and that Trump should stop them? Was it Candace telling Trump that 94% of MAGA supported the Iran war? Was it Comic Dave Smith saying that Trump should tell people who wanted the Epstein files to be unsealed to sit out the midterms? Did they take $10,000,000 a year for 5 years for a "job" - corruption of such unbelievability that it wouldn't clear the writers room of the Sopranos. We are such a childish culture that we don't know how to appoint accountability. Or are afraid to. People go after Nick and Tucker because it's safe. Nobody will lose their access to the White House. Nobody will have the goon squads coordinate in group chats about them. Some may even be rewarded by head pats or maybe receive a small allowance from a billionaire donor. Where as if you bring up corruption within the White House, there's a problem. Admin figures won't go on the YouTube slop shows. You won't get invited to events. I was specifically black listed from the Easter Egg roll. That's how petty these people are. My kid couldn't go the White House because I wouldn't shill for the Iran war. Anyone who spends their time on Tucker / Candace / Nick while never reporting on the real corruption and self-enrichment are telling on themselves. They sold their souls to stay in the good graces of very disgusting people. They sold you out. Now none of this means you shouldn't criticize anyone. I don't like that Tucker calls himself "just a podcaster." I don't call myself an "influencer." Like it or not, we have a higher calling from God. People are modeling themselves and forming their worldviews on what they read and watch and listen to. This doesn't make anyone responsible for what someone else does, but we should all feel a heavy weight each night. We should feel inadequate to the task. Like we failed somehow, but will nevertheless wake up the next day and do it all over again. Even so, what exactly can Tucker (or I) do? He can't control information flow to Trump. He doesn't come from a lobbying shop that made $100,000,000 last year and this year, and that has richly rewarded him. I sometimes watch his show and see his posts, most of the time I don't. That's not shade or negging. Nobody is reading all of my posts. Let's be real here. Everyone is busy. Every day, James / Chris / Susie have access to Trump. They are rich beyond your wildest dreams. What did they do with this power? Why doesn't anyone ever ask about *that*? We all know why. There are real consequences to taking on the big industries that we were sold out to. They'll plant stories, send out group chats to go after you, try getting you fired, and threaten to kill you. The good news of an ass kicking is that there's no way to rationalize it. A close election could have led to excuse making. We are now facing a disaster. TEXAS IS BLUE. Because Grassley and the Senate refused to modify outdated rules, Democrats are in control of Cabinet appointments for at least the next 4 years. There are people responsible for this. Very rich and powerful people. Let's see more discussion of them.

Calley Means just told Joe Rogan why he resigned from the White House. "There is a very concentrated group of people in the Trump administration that are antagonistic to what people voted for.” “And frankly, I think it's very clear, are doing things for other reasons, particularly in many cases to enrich their families." @calleymeans @joerogan

Recruit Massie 2028!
Thomas Massie just admitted it might be time for a “third party.” “The two-party system is an illusion.” “The lobbyists will just spend more time with whichever party ascends.” “They keep you distracted with fake food fights.” “In foreign policy, it’s hard for me to see a difference.” “The crime I committed, I started throwing real punches without regard for whose party you belong to.” Then, he opened up about his meeting his Tucker Carlson, Marjorie Taylor Greene, and Joe Kent. “What did we talk about?” “Our concern about nuclear war.” “We spent a lot of time talking about this.” “Putin could get backed into a corner and use nuclear weapons.” “Or our own President could use nuclear weapons.” “I don’t think they even care up here.” “Do we need a third party?” “We’ve got six parties shoehorned into two.” “I think there could be room there.” @RepThomasMassie @WestonAPrice

Bob needs a new party that will fight for him
Every GOP strategist, consultant, and candidate should be forced to participate in a role-playing exercise this morning. Your name is Bob. You’re a 49-year-old blue-collar worker in Ohio. You’ve always struggled to make ends meet. The good jobs were all shipped to China and the few remaining pay a pittance wage, undercut by endless illegal labor. You’re a 3x Trump voter because you believed he would finally make America great again. You put your son through Ohio State. He graduated cum laude in computer science. You couldn’t have been prouder. After months searching, he landed an entry-level job at Microsoft. Beneath his qualifications, but a good start for a smart kid. Then he got laid off. That same month, Microsoft applied for 150,000 more H-1B visas because it can’t find qualified Americans. Your son has spent six months back in his childhood bedroom, sending hundreds of applications without landing an interview. On TV, Trump boasts about the greatest economy in history and how many women and minorities are finding jobs. You decide a father-son steak night might cheer him up. Gas is $4.50 a gallon. Filling your truck costs over $100. At Kroger, ribeyes are $30/lb. You settle for hamburger, even though 70/30 ground beef still costs $10+. At checkout, a fat black woman is screaming at the cashier because her EBT will only cover most of the filet mignon and lobster in her cart. You think to yourself how the Iran war has made everything expensive, but at least we’re stopping their nuclear bomb. You weren’t even sure where Iran was before you googled it after we first bombed them in March. After dinner, you take your son to the county fair. Half the people aren’t speaking English. Virtually none of the crowd looks like you. You’re forced to leave early after a “teen takeover” turns violent. A foreign born judge pledges none of them will go to jail. Back home, you turn on the TV. Vivek Ramaswamy is lecturing the crowd about American mediocrity and why Ohio needs more foreign talent. Your son grows upset. You change the channel. Now a Republican surrogate, the daughter of a governor or wife of an elderly billionaire, explains that young White men are the REAL welfare queens. They’d rather play videogames in their parents’ basements than work. Your son says nothing. He just goes back to his childhood bedroom. You turn off the TV. Then your neighbor starts blasting reggaeton and cracking open Modelos. He brought his cousin’s family from Mexico to help with all the minority-business contracts his construction firm keeps winning. Tonight they’re celebrating his nephew’s birth, the family’s first birthright American citizen. You sit alone in your living room. You worked hard, paid taxes, obeyed the law, and raised your son to do everything right. You voted Republican again and again because you believed somebody in Washington would finally fight for you. Instead, your wages are stagnant. Groceries are unaffordable. Your community is unrecognizable. Your country is fighting another foreign war. And upstairs, the son you sacrificed everything for is lying awake in the bedroom he slept in at twelve, wondering what the heck he’s even supposed to do with his life now. Every time you turn on the TV, the Republicans you elected are either congratulating themselves or explaining why you and your son are the problem. For ten years, they told you America’s future depended on your vote. Now you aren’t even sure America has a future worth defending. The Republican Party needs to answer one simple question this morning: You’ve spent a decade demanding Bob’s loyalty. You’ve given him stagnant wages, unaffordable groceries, another foreign war, and a son who did everything right but can’t find work. And when they complain, you call them lazy, entitled, and racist. What possible reason have you given Bob and his son to vote Republican? Do you honestly think you deserve their vote?

Tucker and Rich Baris just called the KY-04 general election “the revenge of Massie.” Trump + the Israel lobby spent tens of millions to primary him out and it blew up the coalition. In his own KY-4 district Gallrein only got ~53-54% — worst R performance there since 2006 — while Massie used to clear 70%. x.com/Holden_Culotta/status/…

. @ComicDaveSmith I understand the appeal of the “easy path” running through the GOP in this moment. No matter what theres no easy path here. That said, I do think that the adherents to the lets take over the GOP idea need to address several issues with the ideas: 1. Why did all of the America First candidates lose their primary elections in the same political environment that delivered the GOP Bloodbath? It wasnt just Massie. Its Casey Putch, its Fishbeck, who had real grassroots support. Brandon Herrera just lost. All of them. And why were they such a minority of the candidates in the primaries? 2. Would anybody that we want to win the primary get the boomer vote, who is by far the biggest primary voter base? If not, whats the pathway? Massie’s race showed that you can win every other age demographic but if you don’t get boomers, it becomes extremely uphill. 3. Has the donor base of the GOP changed? Wouldnt the kind of sweeping reformation of the GOP run directly counter to the donor class? How do you defeat that machine? I mean real logistics; what exactly does that look like? Whose the new donor class thats going to sustain this new GOP and America First candidates against the lobby and the tech-bros? 4. Given the entrenchment how do you get around the kind of fuckery and rule changes that we already have seen done to Ron Paul? Whats the delegate strategy? Its not as simple as pulling a lever when you start accounting for boomer-led local and state level GOPs. 5. Despite the national unpopularity, Trump remains very popular within the GOP and Trump has been very willing to empower neocons and establishment goons. His primary endorsements hsve done quite well. Part of what enabled Trump to do what he did in 2016 was his billionaire status and his extreme fame. That will be working against us. Maga hates us. How is that penetrated? 6. Nick Fuentes, who has himself a huge America First audience, can admit that this movement does not have the numbers to straight up win major elections. He fully embraces the need for insurgent tactics and the need for Joker energy to break out of the henpecking thats animates “but the democrats will win”. I just dont see how the same old thinking will win the day. 7. 2 Years ago, what just happened would have been considered impossible. The Ds were utterly destroyed and repudiated. In the first 100 days Trump was at peak popularity and vibes were high. In order to achieve this, have the Ds undergone radical change? Or did they just adjust rhetoric to the moment to placate the base while keeping the same goals and direction? What makes you think that something like that cant or wont happen on the right after we get back to how awful they are? 8. You are shooting for victory. Whats the plan to build something durable for this movement in the event that it goes the way all the other America First primaries have gone? Is it win or bust? If not, whats the logistics for having a weapon of our own in the general? Because the inertia will be to just fall back to lesser of 2 evils with nothing to show for it and run this game from scratch over and over again. Building our own ecosystem ought to be the goal whether its GOP or 3rd party. 9. Would you back Desantis if thats who the estsblishment gets behind because he has both conservative and nationalist bonefides while also being a zionist? 10. How do you account for the fact that the GOP was in fact just reformed yet here we stand? 11. Whats the long term plan, even if we win? We just saw pretty much everything good that we had in the govt wiped out. Massie was very popular; gone. Free state house reps, 20 years of work just devastated. At what point do we pick up our balls and form our own army, smaller though it may be, and fight assymettrically, guerrilla-style? Such tactics have faired quite well against traditionally overwhelming opponents.

This is needed
When we return next week, we’ll get 218 signatures for Epstein Files Transparency Act II, which guarantees a vote. Survivors will be able to get their own records, State Attorneys General can prosecute crimes, and we can take the DOJ to court for keeping critical files hidden.⚖️

The neocons & those who prioritize Israel over America don’t have a significant enough constituency to win on their own. Yesterday proved that. Letting them dictate our foreign policy is the vehicle by which we destroy our coalition & hand a victory to the democrats. The ideals of the 2024 MAGA movement—which were mandated by 77 million Americans—are solid. These ideals can win in ‘28, we just need leaders the people can trust will fulfill their promises.

1) End the war 2) Focus on cost of living/inflation 3) Put America First 4) Change our relationship to Israel These are all the same thing. The cost of living is high because Israel convinced Trump to start a war with Iran, instead of putting America first.
