#AMC announced today that it has commenced an offering of $2,000 million aggregate principal amount of first lien notes due 2031 in a private offering and launched syndication of a new $850 million first lien term loan facility (the “New 1L Term Loan Facility” and together with the Offering, the “1L Financing”), each subject to market and other conditions.
The Company also announced its entry into a commitment letter with Deutsche Bank AG New York Branch providing for a new second lien term loan facility in an aggregate principal amount of $1,120 million (the “New 2L Term Loan Facility” and together with the New 1L Term Loan Facility, the “New Term Loan Facilities”), subject to consummation of the 1L Financing and other customary conditions.
