Hardened daylighting, raised crosswalks, and hardened centerlines would deter drivers from performing idiotic and dangerous stunts. As well, the NYPD needs to do more targeted enforcement of cars with no restoration and plates such as this one. This is preventable.

As we commemorate the dogs that were shocked on Shocktober 7, I would like to condemn Hasan Piker for forcing Ethan Klein, an innocent Jewish man, to subject himself to this barbaric cruelty.
This was the single worst day for Ethan Klein since his Bill Burr interview.
Ethan Klein bought the shock collar Hasan Piker is accused of using and tried it on himself.
He immediately discovered the collar isn't designed to be painful and likely isn't what made Hasan's dog yelp.
Hila tries to get Ethan to say it was painful, but he admits it wasn't.
