Agreed man. You were in a DEEP bag on some of these recent projects. Some of your very best work in my opinion
4 years ago I felt like I was at my best at song writing, to quote Sean Boog “I was hearing beats differently”, so I wrote and recorded 15 albums in that span… now I got severe writer’s block again lol. Needless to say I am still sitting on 11 albums. Next drop in August !

I’ve always felt that Usher’s debut was a commercial disappointment bcuz its overly “adult” themes threw some folks off coming from a tenth grader. But I’ve NEVER understood why this wasn’t a MONSTER single. Shoulda been his “I Wanna Be Down.” Great song.
