every step from your first lead list → your first booked call, in ONE free folder: (what we use to send 7.5M cold emails/mo) for context: a VAST majority of cold emailers learn it one YouTube video at a time. a script from one guy, a list method from another, follow-up template from somewhere else, signals from twitter... it gets messy. and none of it works together in congruency. so when the campaign flops, they can't tell which piece broke. that's why i’m just giving away EVERY resource our team uses internally to service clients with their outbound, split into the 5 parts of a campaign. inside: • frameworks + copy: the 3 cold email frameworks, the no-pitch reply scripts, the follow-up system • lists + offers: the LinkedIn community lead list, the free-tool offer (589 positive replies), the 3-pillar offer playbook • Claude Code: the cold email audit, the 6 workflows, the full campaign build • full-funnel + systems: the 90-day full-funnel playbook, Campaign Zero, the complete cold email playbook • proof + teardowns: the 587-reply campaign walkthrough, the 2x reply-rate teardown, the 3 levers of AI-era outbound want it? details on the image below

HOW WE TEST A COLD EMAIL SEGMENT BEFORE WE SCALE IT: THE SEGMENTS: • 3 creator segments, pulled from LinkedIn • 2 agency segments (email + e-com), pulled from Apollo WHAT STAYED LOCKED: • every segment got the same offer • every segment got the same copy • the only variables were the segment and the data source HOW MUCH WE SENT: • at least 1,000 prospects per segment • enough volume that a win isn't luck WHAT CAME BACK: • creators: 19, 10 and 24 interested • 12-18% of their replies were interested • agencies: reply rates of 5% and almost 7% • but under 2% of their replies were interested • the 3 creator segments were winners, • the 2 agency segments were weak (screenshot below is that test) WHAT WE DID NEXT: • we still wanted those agencies • so phase 2 re-sources them from LinkedIn engagement and post commenters • the test after that is job titles, then the offer itself • the bar for every new segment: 1 booked call for every 1,000 messages sent bookmark this for your next campaign.

how client went from 0 booked calls → 42 in a single month. DAY 1: we run the offer through a 5-question filter before anyone builds a workflow. DAYS 0-30: cold email only, volume first to validate the offer, precision 2nd. DAYS 30-60: add LinkedIn for trust DAYS 60-90: 30-second phone calls to the warm leads who replied and never booked, to get them on the calendar. DAY 90+: • ads • check each channel against a decision matrix to know when to add the next one and when to cut one. bookmark this for your next campaign.

in 1 week, we generated 83 leads and booked 22 of them onto calls. i’m giving away the FULL system we used: for context: that was halfway through one week of cold email, with our own back end running behind it. and most cold email tutorials STOP right there (at the launch). Nobody shows you what happens AFTER someone replies. and that's where deals get done. because the faster you react to an interested reply, the better your chances of booking the call. once replies start coming in, one of two things usually happens: 1. the team gets overwhelmed and only converts a few of them 2. they spend hours on calls with people who were never qualified to work with them our answer is simple: call EVERY single person who replies, and qualify them before the sales call. with the right back end, that's very doable. so i documented the whole system, piece by piece. inside The 5-Minute Speed-to-Lead System: • the interested-reply webhook that pings Slack so a setter is on it within 5 minutes • the Clay mobile-number waterfall (Prospeo, LeadMagic, Wiza) formatted for one-click dialing • the HeyReach LinkedIn connect that fires on every interested reply • the back-end master inbox, sorted by reply type, with drafted replies your setter humanizes • the setter situation tree: they answer vs they don't answer, voicemail + text • the call opener word for word, plus the "thursday at 2 or friday at 1" close • the qualification page (revenue, open to a done-for-you partner, website) and the pre-call nurture • the 2-line "good to hear, here's my calendar" reply that beats over-selling in the inbox want it? details below: PS - 22 booked out of 83 interested is about a 25% book rate, and that was only the FIRST half of the week.

i turned an entire 43,000-contact lead table into a live dashboard with 1 prompt. Clay's API + Claude Code gave me: • how many contacts actually have a work email, and how many rows we never enriched at all • the persona split, from director to founder to CEO to C-suite to VP • the function split across sales, ops, marketing, engineering and finance • 14 duplicates out of 43,000, which honestly shocked me for a list that size • the geography breakdown and the companies we hold the most contacts for • a projection of what the table would look like fully enriched the wild part is we already owned every bit of this. for years all that data just was inside Clay and you had to click through it column by column. now it just takes 1 prompt to see it.

imagine 141 of your 151 cold email replies coming back POSITIVE. that's what one of our campaigns did for a b2b company. SENT: • 14,309 emails • 7,239 people contacted REPLIES: • 151 total • 141 positive (93.38%) only 10 of those 151 replies weren't positive. this is what happens when you combine 1) a good offer and 2) perfect infra / setup. it’s never been easier to win with outbound

i went from a company website → $1M in revenue with 6 Claude prompts. here’s the entire setup, free: for context: the company was in a market i barely knew... AEO (which is basically SEO for ChatGPT and Perplexity) now, the initial instinct when revving up an outbound marketing campaign is to: >> open Claude >> ask it for a cold email >> get some weird output that doesn’t actually speak to the prospect in fact, it reads like every other AI email already in the prospect's inbox (because THEY’RE all using AI as well) that said, the email itself should be the LAST step of the build. before, you need to understand: 1. who owns the problem 2. how they complain about it in their own words 3. what offer they can say yes to in one line. Claude handled all of these steps for us, from the persona map to loading the campaign into our sender. so i wrote up all 6 steps, with the prompt i use for each one. inside The $1M Claude Cold Email Build: • the persona-mapping prompt (a site turns into your target personas) • the demand-mining setup (Reddit/LinkedIn pain into 3 strategic findings) • the 4 front-end offer variations Claude generates, and how to pick • the list build on volume paired with relevance (scrape, exclusion file, verify) • the copy matrix (segments by frameworks) for fast testing • the loader that pushes the whole campaign into your sender the only steps left for you are the judgment calls and the launch button. want to see it? details below: PS - we've pulled more than $1M in revenue from a single campaign built exactly like this.

how we pulled 15,000 leads off one LinkedIn community at $0.0035 PER lead: (full 6-step workflow) 1. ask ChatGPT for the largest LinkedIn communities in your niche. we asked about fractional executives and got communities from about 14,000 to over 19,000 followers. 2. pick one of the largest, since most of their members overlap anyway. ours had roughly 15,000 followers. 3. drop the community URL into Following and ask for all 15,000. it scrapes LinkedIn without getting your account banned. 4. submit a quote request. they confirm the real count and price first, so you only pay for leads that exist. 5. accept, pay and download. you get names, job title, business and personal email, phone, LinkedIn URL and company domain. 6. run the business email through a verifier like MillionVerifier, and you're ready to send. you skip enrichment completely, because the scrape already comes back with person-level data. bookmark this + send to your team.
