2025 - A REFLECTION ๐ช
โค๏ธ As 2025 comes to an end, I find myself reflecting a year filled with different kind of emotions and learnings that made me stronger...Life has a quiet way of teaching you the most important truths โ sometimes gently, sometimes painfully...that helps you to think reasonably and let go of the things that are not meant for you..
โฅ๏ธ We are born alone, and we die alone.. In our journey, we meet countless people along the way, each for different reasons..some from strangers to become good friends and that particular person becomes the closest one with whom we can share anything..we can share our thoughts without any hesitations..we make efforts to take care of that person..we feel worried if that person is down physically or mentally..tries our best to guide and helpย to make that person physically or mentally stronger..in that process we become attached to each other and expectation starts..we start trusting that person more than ourselves..we want that person to understand our emotions and act accordingly..sometimes our expectations fulfilled and the bond becomes stronger day by day...but when your emotions and existance are not valued..for that person, other friends become more important than you, then all attachments, expectations get diluted and that closest person becomes stranger again...Iโve realized that the fewer expectations we place on others, the lighter our hearts feel..
โค๏ธ I understood that, life is easier when you focus on cultivating your own happiness...listen to your heart..Take care of those you love and return the same vibes..
โค๏ธ I have learned that everyone needs something that soothes the soul..Sketching and yoga is a therapy for me..it helps me to stay away from all negative emotions and gives immense joy and satisfaction..find your own refuge, something that lights you up when life dims your energy..
โค๏ธ Overthinking is dangerous..to say bye to overthinking stay engaged with people who truly values you..who think you are their priority..who always acknowledge your thoughts and tries to make you happy by their simple gestures in public as well as private..
โค๏ธ Efforts should be mutual...In any type of relationships with anyone, giving your all is important โ but it must be met with effort from the other side..Try - yes..Persist - yes, but know when to step back..We can try once, twice, or thrice, but after that, we must leave that place...Begging or forcing things diminishes self-esteem..Trust that life will bring the right connections and experiences at the right time..
โค๏ธ Kindness Always Finds Its Way Back..Every act of love, every gesture of compassion, eventually returns โ often in ways we never imagine..Even the smallest kindness can ripple outward and return multiplied when we least expect them...
โค๏ธ 2025 has taught me to take care of myself, embrace the moments, trust the process..Don't Overcare & Overshare..Don't sit on the table that is already crowded..Treat the people the way they treat you..Trust their actions not words..Do good if you can..Be the Priority not the Options...
โค๏ธ I am honestly so thankful to my friends I have met here for their support and kindness...for their beautiful words..for all positive vibes and blessings..hope 2026 will be a great year for all of us..
