JAM doesn’t stop at narrative — and Acala is treating it like a delivery plan: positioning itself as a JAM-native dApp chain, doubling down on JAM engineering and developer education, and building real infrastructure (the boka Swift client under open-web3-stack). The bigger point is turning JAM’s synchronous composability into practical DeFi primitives, while a planned JAM–XCM adapter preserves interoperability with existing Substrate parachains — so the new architecture doesn’t become a new island.
